Holding Back Tears Symbolizes Feebleness

There is no person in this world that would not know how to shed a tear. Many may be good at hiding it but if there is something that knows not to shed a tear then that would be a robot programmed to feel.

In relationships, we would normally not want to be seen crying. There is nothing wrong with crying. In fact it is better especially when you encounter the usual issues such as rejection or break-ups. Tears do not always have to be physically seen to be understood. Tears can go as far as occurring inside without being noticed as well.

Just imagine you getting rattled and shaken up from being turned down. Being human, it is normal to feel down and neglected. But to get rid of that feeling, you would be glad to note that once you are able to blurt out or release that hurt, you can feel a lot better. It may not be immediate but at least it keeps you from hating yourself or the world for that matter.

Being turned down or losing your chance at someone is part of living. We all hate rejection and downsides. But life is not about happy endings all the time. We just have to get up and go on with life no matter how hard it would be. These occurrences only make us stronger. That is perhaps the best positive thing we can get from it and we are bound to mature over time.

Give it some days and you may even find yourself laughing at it. The pain will remain but life and existence needs to be managed for better personal growth and maturity in the mysteries of love and relationships.
