One thing that we see familiar today in family trends is people parting ways at some point. There are people who turn to divorce, legal separation and even annulment to get out of a bond created by marriage. And mind you, these actions do cost and the funny thing is they may even cost more than getting married.

Apparently, there is a big difference as far as relationships and marriage is concerned. We seem to be caught in a web of deceit when we are still carrying out relationships. These are the times where we feel pretty much in love and our immediate solution is marriage. But once couples are in the marriage stage, rest assured, life will change drastically.

One thing that may be a reason for it is the change in responsibilities and lifestyle. Being single carries no commitment to have to answer towards the other daily. There will be fights but compared to marriage, these people can break up, cool off or simply settle them through talking or even a simple gesture of flowers.

In marriage it is different. There will be quarrels and shortcomings. If a person would lack in giving attention and responsibility, it will surely be something that will become a big issue if not resolved maturely. It may even come to a point where two people will blame each other for getting married and eventually fall out of love and forget why they got married in the first place. In short, marriage is about commitment and relationships for eternity. Some people just don’t see that in them today.
