Simple Weddings of St Pete Beach, Florida is working hard to expand the readership of their Florida Beach Wedding Blog. In an effort to attract more readers and followers, they are offering a free Florida Beach Wedding Package valued at over $1000 to one lucky new follower of their blog.

Owner and marketing director Jeff Copeland says that once they hit 1,000 followers, he will select one new follower at random to receive the beach wedding package, which includes the beach wedding ceremony, photography, and bamboo canopy set up anywhere on St Pete Beach or Treasure Island, Florida.

Copeland says he got the idea from Aston Kutcher’s campaign to get one million followers on Twitter, but he wants to point out that his contest is for blog followers, not Twitter followers. The the length of his own contest will be dependent on how long it takes him to reach 1,000 blog followers.
